Elastic-plastic buckling analysis of stiffened panel subjected to global bending in forming process

چکیده

A new method has been proposed in this study for the elastic-plastic buckling analysis of stiffened panels under global bending. In method, a simplified model built with application two theories plasticity, incremental theory (IT) and deformation (DT). The effect transverse shear through stiffener thickness considered using Mindlin-Reissner plate theory. governing differential equations have solved by quadrature (DQ) an iteration process adopted due to non-linearity material properties analysis. Non-linear finite element (FE) modelling carried out, FE results are between those based on DT IT general. When reciprocal strain hardening exponent mt increases 20, good agreement results. Based simulations, geometric parameters (stiffener height ratio, panel length width skin ratio) behaviour region investigated discussed. provides efficient way parameter optimisation structure design aerospace applications.
